Designed for those who want to focus on this fun, precise wheel-throwing technique in a relaxed and social environment, it’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning—whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned hobbyist.

Our Saturday Clay Club is designed for those who want to explore the endless possibilities of clay in a fun, relaxed, and social environment. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned hobbyist, you’re invited to pull up a stool and create with us.
The Experience
Unlike our other open-studio sessions, Saturday mornings are strictly focused on mastering mini creations on the wheel. You’ll pull up a stool, learn the meditative flow of centering small amounts of clay, and craft your own dainty mini pots, tiny vases, or small vessels.
(Please note: Space is strictly limited to 6 guests per session to ensure everyone gets hands-on wheel instruction!)
How it Works:
Flexible Attendance: Come once to try it out, or join us regularly to refine your mini-throwing skills.
The Process: As with all things clay, your minis won’t be ready to take home the same day. They need time to dry thoroughly and undergo their first firing in our kiln.
Glazing: We will schedule dedicated glazing sessions so you can return to add the finishing colors and kiln-fired shine to your creations.
All levels welcome:
Just bring your curiosity (and clothes you don’t mind getting a little dusty), we’ll provide the clay, the wheels, the tools, and expert instruction!
